Abstract
The proportions of asynchronous motor tooth area were calculated based on verifying computation. The motor working characteristics with varied combination of modified tooth area characteristic were calculated. The slot width and height of stator and rotor, the air-gap value were modified. The analysis of working characteristics, obtained after tooth area configuration changing, was produced. It was determined, that rotor lot proportions influence on working characteristics is the largest.

Abstract
As an object of a research the luminescent system CaSnO3 : Yb3+, RE3+ where RE3+ - the rare-earth elements Er, Ho, Tm is used. The samples are by a solid-phase method at a temperature of 1 250 °C and duration of calcination of 18 hours synthesized. The X-ray phase analysis confirmed formation of the phase CaSnO3 with the lattice structure characteristic to the «perovskite» type. The spectra of the excitation and luminescence spectra of the samples were analyzed. The luminescence in visible and short-range IK-areas of an electromagnetic range in case of substance excitation by radiation in the range from 260 to 650 nm and the laser with wavelength of960 nm was detected. Dependence of intensity of a luminescence ofsamples on concentration of all activators is set.

Abstract
The method of estimating the total coefficient of harmonic components. The method does not require the decomposition of a periodic signal into higher harmonics. The formula for calculating the total coefficient of harmonic components for discrete measurements of the electrical network voltage does not require the use of Fourier transforms to extract higher harmonics. The method makes it possible to estimate the coefficient of harmonic components both in the analysis of the conformity of voltage to the energy quality standards and in the estimation of the emission of higher harmonics of current into the network from nonlinear consumers.

Abstract
This work gives description of method receiving powder titanium oxide doped ions samarium (TiO2:Sm3+) with pure anatase structure. Synthesized sample has strong red-orange luminescent lines under exposition of ultraviolet radiation. Critical role of charge carriers photogenerated in titanium oxide host under radiation for mechanism luminescence origins has been identified. Kinetic curves of photoluminescence TiO2:Sm3+ demonstrate typical character for phosphors which recombination processes are realized in intracenter luminescence.

Abstract
Research of the problem of sustainability offunctioning of economic systems in input-output models is associated with the implementation of computationally labor-intensive optimization procedures. Special quality functions, developed for this purpose, are based on the solution of the full eigenvalue problem of the system state matrix. Computational cost of the conventional state-of-the-art computers is difficult to overcome for dynamic high-dimensional input-output balances. Therefore, this paper discusses a potential solution: a two-stage variant of the quadratic programming, which reduces the amount of computation. In addition, the article focuses on the deinition of quadratic programming algorithms, that provide a guaranteed result of optimization in a inite number of steps.
