The article presents the results of quantum-chemical study of influence of electrochemically activated water on the catalytic activity of proteolytic enzyme subtilisin, producer - Bacillus licheniformis. Influence of activated dispersion media on the distribution of atomic charges and electrostatic potential of the active site of the subtilisin molecule has been determined. Identified specific areas, which are donors and acceptors of protons. The mechanism of catalysis was studied at the molecular level andjustifies the conclusions of the higher activity of the enzyme in an activated environment.

Pulsed laser deposition method was heterostructure GaP / Si. The methods of reducing the magnitude of the mechanical stresses in the resulting film, Raman scattering found that using the method of pulsed laser deposition at 300 °C for heterostructure GaP / Si is possible to reduce the value of the mechanical stresses. Installed depth dependence of occurrence p-n transition in the heterostructure GaP / Si at different temperatures of the annealing time and also obtaining optimum parameters based heterostructure solar cell GaP / Si. Investigated the use of instrumentation GaP/Si heterostructures as a silicon solar cell c wide-window GaP. It is shown that the maximum open circuit voltage obtained solar cell reaches 900 mV at a value of the external quantum efficiency of about 74,5 %.

There have been studying prospects of application of food antioxidant additives like an inhibiting factor of free radicals generation while pulsed discharges treatment. In this work there was investigated the influence of electrohydraulic effect on free radicals level and lipid oxidation. The authors calculated the level of antioxidant activity of treated meat in comparison with untreated meat. Based on results of research, the authors point out inhibitor effect of used antioxidant additives.

In this work we have shown that the quality of differences pseudomodest on the input and output of the passive circuit is a consequence of the Tellegen's theorem for the two modes of the passive chain. We proposed measure which characterizes presence of measurement errors of input and output operating parameters of the circuit, and we indicated by its linear relationship with the error of the identification results of the circuit parameters according to the measurement of regime parameters on the input and output. We given the equations of communication of this measure with an accuracy of identiication of the circuit parameters. The use of this measure and equations of its connection with the identiication error can be useful for solving the tasks of detection of measurement error and of synthesis of the elements' models of electric networks.

Specified mathematical model of the interaction of dispersed phases in tray spacing of separator was obtained. The model allows to generate a probabilistic assessment of the collision of dispersed particles of light (milk fat) and heavy fractions during the process of separation of milk and milk products in accordance with their polydispersity, as well as some structural parameters of the separator drum. These parameters were used to obtain speed ratios of dispersed particles. Their variation allows to optimize separation process reducing the interaction of the light and heavy particles.

This paper studies the problems of economic dynamics and economic growth which were built up on an extended horizon of development of the USSR and Russia. The task of modeling of the dynamic properties of economic systems from the standpoint of utilizing the «input - output» methodology is established. In this paper, we identify ways to overcome the impact of the negative factors. The authors propose mathematical-statistical field of solution of global problems of restructuring and modernization of the economy, based on the «input - output» methodology which provides a balanced trajectory of development of the analyzed systems. In the article the recreational water resources of Crimea are considered as prior sphere of tourism development in the region. The research has proven that Crimea is rich with natural recreational water resources. There have been analyzed beaches, peloids and peninsula mineral waters. Crimea has sufficient potential for tourism development on the basis ofrecreational water resources. However potential is notfully realized because of the prolonged insufficient financing. After the sustained decline the impetuous development of the Crimean tourist industry began on the basing on the natural resources use, including recreational water resources of Crimea, which was assisted by Republic of Crimea joining to Russian Federation, and by increasing interest in Crimea as resort-recreational zone.
