Abstract
Results of research of dynamic characteristics of continuous biotechnological system by means of the de- veloped neuroindistinct regulators of streams of a substratum and a product are given at a variation of the fol- lowing characteristics of regulators: number and type of membership function, set of rules of the fuzzy control- ler. The analysis of the received results showed that when using fuzzy controllers reregulation in contours of regulation of streams of a substratum and a product 1,5-2 times smaller respectively, than when using not adap- tive regulators.

Abstract
The glucose positive coliform bacteria (GCB) were detected in drinking water, that meets the requirements of SanPiN, in the towns of Azov and Tsimlyansk. This figure includes the conditionally pathogenic and pathogenic microorganisms that have a high resistance to the disinfectants used in wastewater treatment plants. Therefore, when calculating the microbial risk of the occurrence of the acute intestinal infections transmitted by water way in the population, it is necessary to focus on the integrated GCB indicator.

In this article the conclusion that the reasons for the deprivation requirements of the games and betting remedies are not associated with negative moments inherent in gambling, not to protect public morals, but only in their complete irrelevance to the state and society. We prove that the reason for the negative attitude to gambling by the state is only one factor to be associated with interest only to their members. Argued that in deciding whether to grant, in some cases the requirements of judicial protection of gambling and betting, fundamental to the legislator is not a social characteristic of gambling hobbies, and the role that they play in the economic circulation.

Studied the luminescent properties of solid solutions (Y1–xYb0,1Erx)3Al5O12, set the intensity of the Stokes IR luminescence in the range of 0,96–1,1 microns and 1,42–1,72 microns, the concentration of Er3+ ions in the laser excitation wavelength of 0,94 microns. The analysis of the obtained relationships and determined the optimal composition of the phosphor (Y1–xYb0,1Erx)3Al5O12.
