Abstract
In the article there are considered problems of field equipment exploitation of field equipment at low temperatures (below - 40 C°). It was shown that such conditions of exploitation could cause significant change of physico-mechanical properties of rubber details and loss of their efficiency. There are given the main ways for increase resistance of rubber details to low temperatures that permits raising damage-free operation of field equipment.

Computer aided design of a horizontal well without flush tubes providing optimal operating conditions with regard to varying pressure along horizontal well length, to the presence of deviated and slant segments is considered. As a result a well-head pressure - flow rate plot is computed. Abstract
The problem and possible ways of the largest source of compressor stations secondary energy resources use - exhaust gases heat of gas-compressor units are considered in this paper. Rozhdestvenskaya gas compressor station of North-Stavropolskiy underground gas storage (UGS) was taken as an example. It is proposed to produce heat utilization using the absorption refrigerating machines, and to use the chill received both for the effective function of the equipment installed at the compressor stations, and for the reduction of gas pumping units fuel gas consumption.

Conducted a retrospective analysis of the level of disability of vision in children up to 18 years of age in the Stavropol territory. In this paper we analyzed the statistics on the number of people with disabilities in the workforce structure of the Stavropol Territory, and the conditions of their employment opportunities in enterprises and institutions in the region. It is concluded that the economic crisis, employers are not interested in the employment of disabled persons due to their low competitiveness, high costs for the creation of specialized jobs, the creation of special conditions. An analysis of the economic instruments used for the employment of disabled persons, proposes measures to encourage employers to expand the involvement of disabled people to work.
