Abstract
The feature of constructing a power supply system for the mechanisms of own needs of nuclear power plants is reflected. It is noted that the emergency power supply system of power units should provide power supply to consumers in all operating modes of the station, including in the event of loss of working and backup power sources from the power system. The paper shows that thanks to intelligent distribution technologies, the widespread use of distributed generation sources, the NPP's own network can be converted from passive to active. The integration of distributed generation, including renewable distributed generation, changes the flow of energy in the grid from unidirectional to bi-directional. A diagram of the possible application of these devices in the emergency power supply system of a nuclear power plant is proposed. Hybrid hierarchical control is recommended as the most effective method of active control of the emergency power supply system. This will allow widespread use of modern controllers, power electronics for DC / DC, DC / AC conversions and software adapted for small distributed generation.

Abstract
In the systems of own needs ofpower plants and substations, there is an improvement in the technical and economic indicators of technological units by means of increasing the reliability of operation of electrical and mechanical equipment. In systems of own needs ofpower plants and substations, AC electric drives, especially three-phase asynchronous motor with a short-circuited rotor, are the most common, both in terms of quantity and total installed capacity. The wide application of asynchronous motors is explained by their advantages in comparison with other drives, such as simplicity during repair, the number of small elements in the design, high reliability, the probability ofworking directly from the AC network (direct start) and ease of maintenance. However, the simplicity of the design makes it difficult to start the asynchronous motor itself [1]. Direct start of an asynchronous motor always accompanies a large starting current, a failure of the voltage on the buses of power plants and substations, increases the start-up time, failure of the asynchronous motor and driven mechanisms, etc. The deterioration of the quality of electrical energy during direct start-up leads to an increase in the probability of failure, as well as a decrease in the reliability, efficiency and resource of additional equipment powered by buses for their own needs ofpower plants and substations [2].

Abstract
As world practice shows, the defining indicator of the profitability of banking is maximizing the cost of the bank's capital while maintaining an acceptable level of risk (market capitalization of the bank), which corresponds to the strategic development goal of any commercial bank and the interests of shareholders and investors. Capital management of PJSC VTB Bank goes beyond intra-bank management and becomes a strategic goal for the development of the country's entire banking system. On the basis of the revealed dynamics of indicators of decomposition analysis of the rate of return on capital of PJSC VTB Bank, a factorial model of capital was built and scenarios were developed for strategic and tactical measures to manage the bank's equity capital.

Abstract
The low growth rate of welfare and consumer spending of the population exacerbated the problem ofjustifying the tax burden on individuals and forming an adequate tax mechanism for the redistribution of income. The analysis showed a relative increase in tax payments in recent years, with a decrease in real disposable income. The article shows the schedule of payments of basic taxes for quintile groups of the population depending on the size of income. The conclusion that it is necessary to introduce a progressive scale of tax on income and reduce the burden on the value-added tax is justified.

The process offorming a positive reputation of a company in the global network acquires particular relevance for business in modern conditions. Online reputation management allows a company to create a positive online image, build loyalty to the company, and minimize negativity. As a result, the necessity of forming a positive reputation of the company on the Internet was justified. First, the theoretical relationship between PR tools and a company's reputation in the global network is studied. Secondly, the main stages of reputation management, PR tools, as well as the main components of a company's positive reputation are analyzed. Third, the effectiveness of the company's positive and negative reputation is calculated. There was revealed a contradiction in Russian and international standards in relation to the value of reputation (goodwill), which required convergence of accounting standards.

Abstract
The article examines the process of transformation of the activities of credit institutions, moving away from the model of a classical provider and moving to the model of a global ecosystem. The leader in this process is PJSC Sberbank. The authors analyzed the problems of the Beru marketplace development as part of the Sberbank Ecosystem. The authors analyzed the general situation on the online store market, as well as carried out an analysis of the target audience, which made it possible to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the Beru marketplace and identify the main consumers and their preferences. The research has shown that the most profitable for the buyer are marketplaces that provide customers with free delivery of goods and provide sellers with the most convenient and easy registration.
