Abstract
Films of aluminum nitride were grown by the method ofplasma-activated ALD. The impact of duration of plasma exposure stage on the growth rate, composition and microstructures was analyzed. These samples were examined by IR spectroscopy, ellipsometry and X-ray analysis. It was found that, film thickness of AlN increases by the amount not more than 0.12 nm per cycle. Furthermore, it was found that the synthesis of crystalline films of aluminum nitride is possible under plasma exposure durations longer than 20 seconds.

Abstract
Lactic acid bacteria have long history of application in fermented foods as a starter cultures to produce dairy, meat and bakery because of their beneficial influence on nutritional, organoleptic, and shelf-life characteristics. Lactic acid bacteria are also known to produce and excrete compounds with antimicrobial activity, such as hydrogen peroxide, carbon dioxide, diacetyl, bacteriocins and bacteriocin like substances. All antimicrobial compounds can antagonize the growth of some spoilage and pathogenic bacteria in foods and have been explored in the control of most unwanted organisms.

Abstract
Urgency of the work is due to demandfor new efficient and cheaper materials for electronics, optics and solar energy and the necessity of studying of their properties. The developed technique allows obtaining of thin films of titanium dioxide. The nature of the alcohol used as a solvent has an insignificant effect on the optical properties of the films, however, affects on the thickness offilms obtained by deposition on a rotating substrate. It can indirectly indicate by the displacement of the interference fringe on the the transmission spectra. During calcination of the samples at 400 ° C transparency of TiO2 films decreases. IR spectroscopy shows that titanium aquacomplexes decomposition and desorption takes place with calcination. Also occures desorption of the bound water and the decomposition of chlorine-containing complexes formed in the process ofproducing films of TiO from the titanium chloride.

Abstract
The article describes a method of detecting the predicted theoretically transfer local perturbation effect on one of the interface flat liquid zone to another when it thermomigration in the crystal. The results of experimental studies of the features of the induced perturbation and its impact on the stability of the flat zone as a whole. It was found that the effect of induced instability could be the basis for a method of forming semiconductor wafers in volume of regular structures in the form of bands of deep electron-hole transitions and through the conducting channels. A method of using induced instability effect for silicon device structures.

Abstract
The simulation of the photoluminescence and dark current-voltage characteristics of heterostructures with a single layer of quantum dots. The presence of the peak quantum transitions in the main points at 1,2 eV (modeling) and 1,12 eV (experimental). The experimental peak has a greater width (0,13 eV) at half maximum fundamental radiation transitions in quantum dots, compared to the modeled (0,06 eV). There is a shift of the experimental peak to longer wavelengths by about 65 meV, indicating that the presence in the dispersion structure the size of quantum dots. The dark current-voltage simulated characteristic at a temperature of 90 K and zero bias shows the value of the dark current density of 10-7 A/cm2, which is much smaller than the measurement results (10-6 A/cm2). There is a difference in the nature of the distribution depending on when the negative and positive displacement between experiment and simulation results associated with the presence of quantum dots larger.
