The conditions and the algorithms of thyristor switches to improve the reliability of power supply system 6 - 10 kV (SES) in emergency conditions: when power interruptions and short circuits (a short circuit). The most promising circuitfor the thyristor switches in the composition of one - and two-piece SES. It is non-contact switchgear (BRU), thyristor shorting (TOU) and thyristor automatic transfer switch (ATS). The results of the elements of the numerical experiment, obtained with CAD program - SES computer, developed at the NCFU. Conclusions about the permissibility of the use of thyristor switches to improve the reliability of power supply in normal and emergency modes.

The technique of obtaining and the first results of studying thin crystalline silicon carbide films by deposition from a gas phase in a reactor with cold walls is presented in the article. Trimethylchlorosilane was used as the precursor material, nitrogen was used as the carrier gas for the formation of the vapor-gas mixture. The films were produced on the Easytube 3000 chemical synthesis unit from the manufacturer Firstnano. X-ray patterns of synthesized samples were obtained and investigated.

This article is devoted to the modern scientiic approaches effective identiication and evaluation of the process of diversification in major Russian corporations. The purpose - to identify new and emerging clarify the basic types and subtypes of diversification based on the comparative selection based on the criteria and methods of implementation, taking into account the development of management and strategic potential. Based on the analysis and synthesis of existing approaches, the author proposed a set of systematization typology of Russian corporate diversiication processes. The need to formulate a diversiication strategy is identiied as one of the necessary factors for increasing competitiveness, effective development and management of large Russian companies.

Authors revealed that marketing in the sphere of culture and art (further - SCA) is a sufficiently under-researched object of study. At the same time, the authors believe that SCA marketing deals with the alignment of interests about the manufacturer and the consumer of SCA goods and services. It is established that the categorical apparatus and the theory of SCA marketing are in the stage of active formation. The necessity of the study of categorical apparatus of marketing in the SKA due to three major reasons: a) discipline of marketing is introduced in the standards of higher education of SKA, but the number of educational and methodological literature, revealing the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of application of marketing in the sphere of culture and art, is very limited; b) because economists, as a rule, are not fully aware of the sphere of culture and art, and cultural studies/art historians are not sufficiently familiar with economic theory, the basics of management and marketing; C) the culture itself is undergoing a systemic crisis, therefore changing modern ideas about the nature of activities in the ield of culture/art and approaches to these activities as services. This circumstance changes contemporary ideas about the specifics of cultural activities (art activities in particular). Cultural sphere is understood as a speciic social service sector more and more often. This new vision causes the need for rethinking the categorical apparatus of the area.

In this article questions offormation of the taxation, the tax income in interrelation with a perspective of the budgetary economy of expenses are considered. An assessment is given to consequences of unreasonable excessive fiscal withdrawal of the tax income in budgets, low degree of a readiness and the accounting of questions of balance of the solution of the arising tasks. The emphasis on negative consequences of excessiveness of reduction of the budgetary expenses, estimated as their economy is placed.

The article describes a methodology which has been developed for managing the selection ofpriority areas for processing organic wastes. Within the scope ofprocessing, a choice of technologies for the production of organic fertilizers has been made. The methodology includes a set of actions aimed at developing managerial decisions on the optimal use of available resources to achieve the set goals and which consists of three stages of implementation. The incoming and outgoing information of the implementation stages, as well as additional and clarifying criteria for each stage have been determined. The proposed methodology of managing the choice of priority areas for processing organic waste and fertilizer production technologies has been tested on the basis of the data from agricultural organizations in the Rostov Region. The indicators of economic efficiency, pointing at the prospects for implementing the direction of processing of organic waste by accelerated microbiological composting and its fertilizer production technologies have been determined. This direction of waste processing allows to reduce the cost of manufactured organic fertilizers, to increase the profitability of cultivation of crops when using fertilizers.
