Abstract
The article is devoted to the construction of nonlinear equations with partial derivatives possessing Lax operator structure. The presence of Lax pair is supposed to allow to integrate the obtained equations with the help of the inverse scattering problem method. For the equations with partial derivatives having the form of local conservation law one of the possible Lax pairs is given.

Examined the use of probability theory to increase the efficiency of decoding codes with repetition in transmitting information over the simplex radio channels degraded to the different nature of errors. The advantage of using an expanded set of decision rules partial decoding of codes with repetitionwas performed, which confirmed the results of the simulation on the records of real communication channels.

Abstract
These studying presents of facts studying morphometric parameters of erythrocytes in diabetic patients, living in different climatic regions. It is established, that patients have diabetes type 2 with chronic decompensated hyperglycemia in the blood of the increase in the amount determined by the Stavropol - microcytes irreversibly and reversibly modified erythrocytes, and patients with type 2 diabetes living in Astrakhan - increase in the average erythrocyte diameter, number and area of the object macrocytes. The morphometric parameters of erythrocytes vary’s depending on the climatic characteristics of the region of residence, both in normal and chronic hyperglycemia, which is a complex adaptive - compensatory reactions of red blood.

On the example of leukocyte index of intoxication calculation at an acute appendicitis efficiency of the automatic hematologic analysis in an assessment of pyoinflammatory process existence, a tendency to change definition of a percentage ratio of different leukocytes pools is shown.

Abstract
In this paper, on the basis of clinical and cytochemical methods of investigation of patients with partial defects of dentitions of different lengths, the effect of fixed prosthesis on the functional activity of periodontal neutrophilic granulocytes in the dynamics of pathological process is reflected. We showed the presence of imbalance in the enzyme system of biologically active substances of the lysosomal apparatus in patients with periodontitis of moderate severity, which contribute to the progression of destructive processes in periodontal structural formations.

The article is devoted to the problem of lexical compatibility of words in the course of translation. Sentence structure in the process of speaking is involved in the difficult system of traditions and rules, which in fluencies the choice of words and their mutual word order. If the reader or listener finds the sentence difficult to perceive it is caused by breaking the grammar rules of lexical compatibility of words. Lexical compatibility laws determine the words coincidence due to their lexical meaning, rather than their grammatical characteristics.
