Abstract
Transformer oil is widely used in high-voltage electrical equipment and serves as a dielectric, as well as a cooling medium. It consists of a complex mixture of hydrocarbon compositions with various impurity compounds. During the operation of oil-filled electrical equipment under the influence of technological conditions of operation of high-voltage devices, which include high voltage electric ield, oxygen, humid environment, temperature, aging occurs as transformer oil and solid insulation, which includes electrical cardboard. In this case, the dielectric properties of the transformer oil deteriorate, which can lead to transformer equipment failure. For the manifestation of the obtained chromatograms, a thin-layer plate was placed in a chamber with iodine vapor, after which a spot appeared on it that corresponded to ionol. Then the RF value was calculated, since it is a value under standard conditions. For the thin layer plate was measured by the area of the spot and according to the previously constructed calibration schedule found number ionol in transformer oil. The method of control of antioxidant additive in transformer oil based on thin-layer chromatography on Sorbfil plates and different polarity organic solvents is proposed.

Abstract
The size of GDP is the main indicator of the economic efficiency of the state and its increase should have a direct impact on improving the quality of life. The determination of the standard of living is a complex and ambiguous process, since on the one hand, it depends on the composition and size of the needs of society, and on the other hand, on the limited ability to deliver them. The state must exist so that every citizen in it had the right to a comfortable existence that will allow him to fully carry out its activities the Purpose of this study is to track this relationship, using the methods of statistics andfinancial and economic analysis. In this study, the indicators of GDP and living standards of the population of Russia and some foreign countries were analyzed.

Abstract
Marketing is a complex mechanism that involves a fairly large number ofpeople. It includes features such as buying, selling, investing, risk accounting, standardization, and more. Support for each function is very important for all parties to trade. And not only the number of sales, but also the number of satisfied customers from the purchase will depend on the chosen financial policy. The banking sector is no exception and is actively using modern marketing to promote its activities. In the conditions of constant competition, the one who chooses the most winning position will have a greater client base. And one of the ways to ensure decent competition is the reward system, which includes cashback, discounts and bonuses. Proper combination of these strategies will ensure the most faithful business planning of any company.

Abstract
Models and algorithms of innovation management of socio-ecological systems presented in the article are built in accordance with the methodology of the author's approach. This allowed to combine into a single management system separate external components of innovation management: time, innovation, science, technology. Mathematical tools of simulation of systems of situational management of innovation activity are presented. It is built taking into account changing factors. This enables proactive innovation management for the negative impact of external challenges and threats.

Abstract
The article describes the peculiarities of Nihansu-Savage risks in game tasks. The first is related to the lack of unity of the Nash equilibrium situation in noncooperative games. In this case, it is proposed to follow such Nash equilibrium, which is simultaneously maximum by Slater. The second feature is the semantic content of the Nihans-Savage risk-determining win function (as the predicted and/or «desired» value of said function). The work considers the interaction ofplayers from the position ofpossible support (assistance) of some parties to the conflict by others.

Abstract
The article considers the concept of innovative development of a region, human capital and its features, depending on the type of socio-economic system. The structure of the region S human capital, which consists of health capital, education capital and culture capital, is determined. Using the example of the Stavropol Territory, these basic components are considered, which allow us to conclude that the region's human potential is quite high. The paper discusses the most popular ways of managing the development of a regional innovation system, confirmed by legal acts or projects. Implemented in the Stavropol Territory. A comparative analysis of the linear and non-linear cycle of innovation is carried out, the interdependence of innovative human capital and innovative development of the region is determined. In general the essence of the article lies in the formation of a systematic approach to the concept of human capital and the main sources of its formation, a description of the main characteristics of human capital and how to manage it.

Abstract
The paper analyzes the basic indicators and determines the phase of the process of modernization of the Stavropol Territory, gives a brief description of the state of economic development of the region. It is shown that according to a number of criteria, this subject of the federation lags significantly behind the all-Russian indicators of the economy and social sphere. At the same time, the Stavropol Territory potentially has the necessary resource base and human capital to accelerate the modernization process. The peculiarities of modernization processes are the ongoing orientation and positioning of the region as "agrarian", which as a whole makes it impossible to develop other sectors of the economy.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is methodology development for modeling estimated characteristics in assessing the effectiveness and risks of implementing innovative projects using binomial models. To achieve the stated goal, a comparative analysis of the cost estimation methods for the options of the Black - Scholes Option Pricing Model and the Cox - Ross - Rubinstein Binomial options pricing model was carried out in order to substantiate their use in determining indicators and creating tools for evaluating real options for innovative projects. A significant novelty of the study is the adaptation of options valuation methods for calculating the effectiveness of innovative projects from the perspective of multi-stage and multi-scenarios, as well as the use of binomial models using the theory of real options and a phased model for risk assessment of innovative projects. The development of a methodology for evaluating the characteristics of innovative projects will create an original model of phased risk assessment of innovative projects with further implementation in the form of a software product.

Abstract
Innovative imperatives of economic growth in terms ofmarket opportunities and balanced strategies for the development of economic structures and industry should be important conditions that allow them to better adapt to changing market conditions and offset economic, social and environmental risks. Innovations and marketing within the framework of strategic planning form new knowledge based on a synthesis of new scientific, technical and market solutions, and the directions of its penetration into various, often unrelated areas of activity. Using a systematic approach, the components of a new conceptual model of strategic planning for industrial development are proposed, forming a methodological basis for the development of its tools and methods, as well as solving a wide range ofproblems of ensuring innovative growth of the industrial sector by harmonizing the interests of economic entities and eliminating market failures.

Abstract
The goal of the article is to identify innovative mechanisms for improving the security of e-business participants based on an analysis of the online commerce benefits. Achieving the stated goal involves solving two problems. Firstly, there have been identified the essence and problems of the development and security of e-business, taking into account its advantages. Secondly, the author analyzes innovative mechanisms and tools to protect e-business participants from the risks offraud with personal data and payment details. The study has shown that e-business is a promising and rapidly developing area, but it is not protected from the threat of fraudulent activities. With a wide range of methods used to ensure the safety ofpayment transactions in the Internet environment, an e-business participant must remember that a lot depends directly on the user. To avoid potential risks, the account holder should restrict access to payment details and personal data by regularly changing passwords to the access system, and conducting operations only on previously veriied devices. Nevertheless, the main solution to the problem of information security remains mainly in hardware and software, the modern range of which is quite wide.

The retrospective analysis defines the conditions of the declining intensity of primary energy in such countries as Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Armenia. The article emphasis the depletion of energy, that's scrupulous leads to the principles of a "green" economy, whose propose to minimise carbon emission. This revealed an objective need for developing special power grids control mechanisms. The study identiies decisions for energy eficiency growth and capabilities of the country, required to the sound energy production in the context of globalisation.
