The article presents results of experimental researches of the influence of higher harmonics on the value of resistance of wires of aluminum alloy. Experimental setup including the OMICRON test complex and the measuring unit based on the NI cDAQ data acquisition system were described. Experimental researches have been carried out for higher harmonics of current with a frequency of up to 1000 Hz inclusive. It was found that the nonlinear dependence of the value of the active resistance of the wire on the frequency of the currentflowing.

The relevance of the study is due to the low efficiency of using fuel combustion in modern industrial, power and heating installations. In this connection, this article is aimed at revealing the possibilities of using the latent heat offormation of water vapor contained in flue gases. The main approach to the study of this problem is the use of contact heating of the coolant. The materials of the article are ofpractical value for planners of integrated heat supply systems.

The article considers the concept and principles of tax federalism, the possibility of equalizing the levels of socio-economic development of territories with the use of tax instruments of state regulation. The differentiation of subjects of the Russian Federation on the size of receipts of the main revenue-generating taxes per capita is analyzed. Poorer regions have the least amount ofpayments for each tax. Their right to apply tax benefits are declarative in nature due to the large budget deficit. In this regard, tax competition between the regions increases the uneven economic development. The conclusion is made about the necessity of complex use of various tools of tax, budget, investment and other policies to support underdeveloped regions.

Payment for labor contributes to the growth of savings and investment, socio - economic recovery of the country. He article deals with the solution of the problem of tax evasion on the basis of determining the optimal strategy of tax audit in which the fiscal authority, with a limited budget, decides on the redistribution of resources between tax audits and improvement of the information system of reporting and analysis. The results of the simulation show that the investing in the modernization of the information system of tax administration is advisable in cases where the tax authority has limited inancial resources, but only to the extent that marginal costs to improve the quality of signals from taxpayers do not exceed the return on investments in the increase in the number of tax audits.

The article suggests an algorithm for constructing an imitation model that makes it possible to investigate the effectiveness of applying various criteria for identifying consumers with unauthorized electricity consumption (EE) in public utility networks with a voltage of 0.4 kV. The software implementation ofthis algorithm allows the development of new criteria for the detection of EE PDs based on Smart Metering technology. The main advantage of the algorithm is the ability to simulate different situations with minimal effort and reduce possible errors in the calculation of statistical parameters of load profiles.

The article examines the possibilities of the use of modern computer technologies in the lexical skills formation of English ofprimary school pupils. The work describes the author's methodology, which includes a developed website with a various list of exercises and tasks at the stage of using vocabulary (vari-situational stage): exercises for controlling ofvocabulary (correlate words with translation, connect pairs of synonyms or antonyms, andfind a definition of a foreign word), thematic crosswords and interactive testing. Also within the framework of the website we developed a descriptive electronic dictionary with hyperlinks to the context. Various children's fairy tales were offered as contexts in English. In order to confirm the research hypothesis experiment was conducted. The results of the experiment allowed the authors to justify the use of modern ICT in foreign language lessons in order to increase the level of formation of lexical skills of primary school pupils.
