ЛУЧШИЕ МИРОВЫЕ ПРАКТИКИ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ИНФРАСТРУКТУРОЙ ИННОВАЦИОННОГО РАЗВИТИЯ РЕГИОНОВ
Аннотация
Инфраструктура региональных инновационных систем (РИС) представляет собой один из ключевых её элементов и является основой обеспечения необходимых связей между всеми элементами и подсистемами. Механизмы и степень управления инфраструктурой инновационного развития регионов в развитых зарубежных странах во многом зависят от типа региональной инновационной системы, который, в свою очередь, может иметь в основе различные типологические черты. Методы типологизации инновационных регионов в зарубежной и отечественной литературе существенно различаются. В зависимости от типов регионов существенно дифференцируются и методы управления инфраструктурой инновационного развития. В статье проводится анализ различных подходов к типологизации инновационных регионов и выделяются особенности управления инфраструктурой инновационного развития в зависимости от типа региона.
