DEVELOPMENT OF THE EVALUATION SYSTEM FOR FORMATION MASTER'S COMPETENCES IN CONTEXT OF THE CONCEPT OF CONSTRUCTIVE ALIGNMENT OF D. BIGGS
Abstract
The article analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional (measuring) system for evaluating learning outcomes. The article reveals the advantage of a student-centered system for assessing the formation of competencies based on the concept of constructive alignment of goals and learning outcomes of D. Biggs. The article focuses on the key tactical principles of the alignment of the assessment system: transformative reflection and action research. Three stages of the principle of action research, the forms and methods of evaluation are described. The article describes the author's system of evaluating the results of master's training in a separate discipline and discusses the results of approbation of this system.
