Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Author Guidelines

The Editors of the Journal maintain cooperation with the authors – teachers, researchers, postgraduates, doctorate students, and other specialists working to earn their scientific degrees. The Journal shall classify the articles within the following chapters:

Technical Sciences,

Pedagogic Sciences,

Economic Sciences.

Manuscripts complying with the respective requirements may be submitted any time and shall be published after they go through a mandatory internal review and are awarded a respective decision from the Board of Editors; they shall be published in due turn in view of the time they were submitted as well as based on the subject heading of the issue.

1. In order to improve the publishing process the Board of Editors shall accept manuscripts and supporting documents if submitted in the following set:

1.1. A printed copy and an e-copy of the manuscript.

Volume – 8-16 pages. Requirements: page size – А4; Font Size – 14; Font – Times New Roman; Spacing – 1,5; Pagination – bottom; centre; Page Margins – 2 cm; Indent – 1,25 cm. Please make sure there is difference between a hyphen (-) (e.g. disease-causing nutrition) and a dash (–) (Alt + 0150);

The text similarity of more than 20% is considered to be unacceptable. 

1.2. A review of the scientific supervisor (for postgraduates, adjuncts, and independent candidates seeking a scientific degree). To be signed personally by the scientific supervisor.

1.3. License Agreement granting a right to use the scientific work in the Journal.

1.4. License Agreement granting a right to use the scientific work in the Internet.

1.5. Сonsent to the processing of personal data

1.7. License Agreement granting a right to use the scientific work in the Internet.

1.8. Attached Letter from Dept for Post-graduate Studies (for postgraduate students)

Rejection rate - 15%.

The authorship of an article is determined directly by the author. Authors not included in the authorship section are included in the "Acknowledgments" section of the article.

2. Each article shall contain the following:

a) Scientific specialty group

b) UDC Index (Universal Decimal Classification);

c) Full Name of the author(s) (First Name and Patronymic in full length), organization address, mail, ORCID;

d) Title;

e) Structured abstract (200-250 words);

f) List of keywords and/or phrases (3-5 words/phrases);

g) Conflict of interest;

h) Date of receipt of the article by the editors, date of approval after reviewing, date of acceptance for publication;

i) Main text (Introduction, Materials and methods of research, Research results and their discussion, Conclusion);

j) References (at least 10 items);

k) Information about the author(s);

l) Contribution of the author(s).

All points, except the main text, must be translated into English/Russian.

Figures, formulae, charts:

Figures & tables must be inserted into the text in their correct place. The text must contain references to the table(s). The Editors shall not be held liable for the quality of figures or pictures.

3.1. Figures (graphs, diagrams):

a) notes on figures must be easily readable;

b) figures must be made in view of the black & white print requirements (fills are recommended to be represented with various shadings and patterns; in graphs – various lines (broken, solid, etc.); different types of dots for graphs – circles, squares, diamonds, triangles); no color or semi-tint is allowed;

c) figures must be readable separately from the text, so each axis must have name and measure units;

d) figures must be numbered at the bottom (Fig. 1 – title) and executed in graphics editor, Font Size – 12. The author provides a parallel translation of the Russian title of the drawing into English and indicates the source.

3.2. Formulae must be performed in the equationeditor Math Type; Font Size – 12, alignment – center, to be numbered through the tabulator (in round brackets, right side).

3.3. Tables must come with titles. Tables must be numbered at the top (Table 1 – title), Font Size – 10, Spacing – 1. The author provides a parallel translation of the Russian title of the drawing into English and indicates the source.

4. References shall be placed in the end of the article and must contain all the sources referred to by the author, bearing a full set of the issue details (GOST Р7.0.5-2008).

Sample of articles

Author’s signature:

a) authors shall be held liable for the accuracy of the data, citations, and the references provided in the article;

b) the last page of each article submitted must contain the following notes by the author: Article volume – … (number of pages), date, signature.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

4. Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
3. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (See The Effect of Open Access).

Privacy Statement

Specified when registering the names and addresses will be used solely for technical purposes of a contact with the Author or reviewers (editors) when preparing the article for publication. Private data will not be shared with other individuals and organizations.
