GENERALIZED PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF TEACHERS, LIVING IN DIFFERENT REGIONS OF THE SOUTH RUSSIA: FACTOR ANALYSIS
Abstract
The article discusses the results of an experimental study of individually-typological features, the levels of self-control, aggression, the system of values in life educators. To summarize the psychological characteristics of teachers was conducted a factor analysis of the results of research based on principal component analysis with varimax rotation, which revealed that the most important factor in the regulation of their behavior for teachers participating in the study are the values of life. Also revealed psychological characteristics that influence the destructive behavior of teachers, which are caused by frustrating social situations provoking situational manifestation of uncontrolled aggression.
