STRATEGIC PLANNING OF DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS: WHY ARE STRATEGY INEFFICIENT?
Abstract
In article problems of strategic planning of the region are opened, the main problems demanding the decision are formulated and the main reasonsfor an inefficiency of realization of regional strategy are designated. The most significant provisions ofregional management are demanded when developing strategy of development of the territory are allocated. Components of the mechanism of realization of strategy of development of the region are proved.
