Abstract

The relevance of the article is due to the changes taking place in the education system. In our previous studies, we considered the spatial environment: the transition from the academic format of education to the digital one, as a factor influencing the development of the «self» of the future teacher, the development of his managerial qualities, using the scientific foundations of mentoring. In this study, we decided to consider IQ factors (intelligence quotient – eng. «the level of intelligence»), EQ (emotional quotient – eng. «emotional factor») and SQ (spirituelle quotient – eng. «spiritual factor»), influencing the formation of the personality of the head of a preschool educational organization as a mentor. The purpose of the article is to define the concepts of IQ, EQ and SQ as independent units in the scientific foundations of mentoring
