PROBLEM OF IMPLEMENTATION AND EFFICIENCY OF REMOTE EMPLOYEES WORKING IN IT-SPHERE
Abstract
The article examines the features of remote work of employees in the IT field. The necessity of the company to adapt to the remote work of the personnel is explained. Studies of modern trends in the labor market from the portal «My Circle» are considered. The main problems faced by company executives in moving to a remote work format are highlighted. Considered the damage, which can cause the transfer of employees to a remote basis. Practical recommendations are proposed for leveling the minuses of remote work and strengthening its positive aspects.
