ECONOMIC MECHANISMS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF SOCIAL POLICY IN THE FIELD OF SUPPORT OF THE FAMILY INSTITUTE IN CONTEMPORARY RUSSIA

Abstract

The article presents an analysis of economic mechanisms for implementing social policy measures in the sphere of support for the family institution. The main economic mechanisms for implementing social policy are considered: social transfers, social insurance, social voucher, social outsourcing, corporate social responsibility. One of the most effective mechanisms in the sphere of supporting the family institution is social transfers was analyse. The authors propose a classification of social transfers in the sphere of support of the family institution by the source of income, the form and mechanism ofpayments, the period ofprovision, and the purposes of appointment. The tasks of social transfers in solving socially significant problems of the family and society are considered.
