INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY IN RUSSIA: GLOBAL AND REGIONAL DYNAMICS, EFFECTIVENESS
Abstract
The article deals with the issues of cost-effectiveness evaluation of innovative technologies in the Russian Federation. The methodical approach to obtaining integral estimates both at the level of national economy as a whole , and regional social and economic systems is offered. It is based on the use of statistical methods for processing dynamic series of output and costs, as well as correlation modeling of these indicators. The proposed method was tested on the materials of the Russian Federation and its Federal districts. The obtained results allow to carry out situational analysis, to formulate conclusions and recommendations.
