ACCULTURATION AS A METHOD FOR FORMING A SECONDARY LINGUISTIC PERSONALITY OF RUSSIAN-SPEAKING SCHOOLCHILDREN IN THE ASPECT OF ADEQUATE COMMUNICATIVE BEHAVIOR

Abstract

In the era of globalization and information exchange, the coexistence of cultures is becoming increasingly important. Learning the linguocultural component of a foreign language means immersion in foreign realities, symbols, styles of behavior, which are the most important part of a foreign language culture. Today, the methodology of teaching a foreign language is more focused on acquainting students not only with the system of a foreign language, but also with its culture. In the context of this approach, it is logical to try to understand how these systems should interact and what conditions need to be created for the possibility of mutual understanding between representatives of different languages and cultures. In this article, we consider the issue of the formation of a secondary linguistic personality and interlingual recoding, which implies the process of recoding the system of cultural and linguistic meanings of the native language in accordance with the rules of the cultural and linguistic system of the learning language.
