MODERN TRENDS IN KAZAKHSTAN'S MARKET OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES OF HIGHER EDUCATION
Abstract
The article substantiates the relevance of the study of the educational services market in terms of its modernization. Reforms carried out by the state in various fields of activity have contributed to the reform of higher professional education in Kazakhstan. The essence and the structure of the given market are revealed in the article as well as the specific nature of its interaction with the labor market. The analysis of the educational services market of higher education was also carried out. The author's view on the modern trends of the higher education market in Kazakhstan is presented based on the results of the study. It is concluded that the determining criterion for the effectiveness of the educational process is in the quality of educational services.
