Job satisfaction as an indicator of an organization's effective motivational policy

Abstract
The problem of studying the factors affecting job satisfaction is due to the increased need for professional workers and the need to take into account modern factors affecting both the organization as a whole and each individual employee. The purpose of the study is to assess the degree of job satisfaction, on the basis of which it is possible to evaluate the effectiveness of the motivation policy used in the organization. The methods of observation, questioning, interviewing and analysis of scientific articles devoted to the study of motivational factors affecting staff satisfaction were used. The main results of the study revealed the directions of improving the processes of employee satisfaction and the main methods of staff motivation.
