Development of industrial infrastructure in the regions of the Russian Federation

Abstract
The article analyzes the regional experience in the development of industrial infrastructure through the creation of industrial parks and industrial technology parks. The geography of investments in infrastructure facilities is presented, the most attractive types of economic activity for investors are identified, and the cross-country distribution of investments in Russian industrial parks is studied. The analysis carried out made it possible to identify spatial unevenness in the distribution of industrial infrastructure facilities across regions. The experience of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the creation of industrial parks and technology parks is considered in detail. On the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan, proposals are formulated to improve the system of personnel training. Proposals have been formulated to improve the regional industrial policy in terms of the creation and development of industrial infrastructure facilities.
