Application of the folk system of physical education of Karachay and Balkari in modern educational practice

Abstract
The article shows the expediency of using elements of the folk system of physical education of Karachays and Balkars in the educational process of a modern school. The paper proposes experimentally substantiated recommendations on the organization of the educational process, making it possible to translate folk remedies and methods of youth physical education into modern educational practice.
