CREATING CONDITIONS FOR THE POPULATION AS A DEVELOPMENT FACTOR OF RURAL AREAS
Abstract
The article describes theoretical aspects of creation of social and economic conditions for rural areas development. Prerequisites, which the rate of enterprise labour force capacity depends on, have been studied comprehensively. On the ground of statistical information in the Republic of Dagestan and one of municipal districts, the analysis of social standard of living and a comparative development of rural areas in the last four years has been performed. The level of human capital development has been stated as follows from the poll of rural people and experts in land economics.
