Abstract

The business should run in such conditions when permanent innovations become the essential part of the civilized competition between companies, when the innovatively active companies get the long-term advantages on the market and as the result their owners are in interested in the effective innovations, when the innovative business activity is respected by the society. The company's transition to the implementation of active innovation policy will significantly expand the demand for innovations, form significant progressive technological changes in russian economy. Considered and adjusted investment policy makes an invaluable contribution to the solution of this problem. The investment policy includes attracting investment to the priority economy ields, innovations development, business activity support, of which administrative barrier decrease for business operations. The article considers the main indicators that characterize the innovative activity of enterprises. The analysis of the current situation with investments in Russia.
