EVALUATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE LAW AND THE LAW
Abstract
In the article the essence of the concepts «right» and «law» is being considered, the right to his dialectical distinction between the law as a system of social norms that express the rights and legal responsibilities of citizens , and the law as a form of external documentary and verbal expression of the established legal norms are discussed. The article reveals the dynamics of the transformation law of obligation.
