National and cultural specifics of ethnical characteristics of Soviet and American lingocultures
Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of national and cultural specific of communication in the political discourse. Particular attention is given to the ethic characteristics of American and Soviet lingocultures at the end of XXth century as evolving societies.
