SPECIFIC ISSUES OF PROFESSIONAL SOCIALIZATION IN MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES

Abstract

The item presents the outcomes of an empirical study conducted in Stavropol Region and Ryazan Area in 2014 showing the features of the modern professional standards in municipal employees; there is also a differentiation of the employees based on their career types, with a view on working features seen as those that result in a reward at the municipal service.
