SINGLE STATE EXAMINATION AS A DEMAND WITHIN NEW ECONOMIC RELATIONSHIPS
Abstract
The article offers a view on the issue of poor knowledge reflected in the latest SSE, which is seen in the context of the national economy’s transition to innovation-based development. There is an idea of integrating the continuous-individualized education with the financial resources through employing the mechanism of the universal e-card.
