ASSESSMENT OF INFLUENCE OF INFORMAL EMPLOYMENT ON THE STATE OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY
Abstract
The relevance of the study is due to the continued growth of informal employment in the Russian economy. The purpose of the article is to assess the impact of informal employment on a number of macroeconomic indicators characterizing the state of the Russian economy. Based on the data presented in the reports of the World Bank, Rosstat and the Ministry of Finance for 2001-2018, using the methods of economic and mathematical modeling, two hypotheses are verified in the work that link the dynamics of informal employment in the Russian economy with the level of federal budget revenues and GDP growth.
