THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION FOR STUDENTS
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of powerful effective tools that can have an effective impact on the level of health of students in all its aspects. These tools can increase the role and signiicance of the physical culture of the individual, as well as develop the foundations of modern physical education, which in the conditions of its renewal is becoming an increasingly acute objective necessity. The formation of a healthy lifestyle for student youth consists in maintaining and strengthening health and can be successfully solved only if a unified holistic system of physical education is created in the country, which in its basis will be focused on health-saving technologies.
