FORMATION OF VALUABLE ORIENTATIONS OF STUDENTS OF MEDICAL COLLEGE TO PROFESSIONAL WORK
Abstract
The article explains the urgency offormation of valuable orientations at younger medical personnel at the college. It analyzes the concept of «value orientation» and invited the author's interpretation of the concept designated. The article focuses on the age and professional features of the formation of value orientations. In the article the content of valuable orientations of nurses based on a study of this phenomenon in the institution's staff. The article offers a modular program of development of valuable orientations of students and describes the results of experimental work.
