INNOVATION AS A MEANS OF ACHIEVING BALANCED DEVELOPMENT IN THE POST-CRISIS PERIOD
Abstract
Innovation is the foundation of the modern economy, its essence and the engine of sustainable development, especially in the post-crisis period. The implementation of the necessary innovative processes in the country, the acceleration of the dynamics of various spheres of the national economy, the modernization of public institutions and the scientific and research infrastructure, ensuring the security and integrity of the state involve the implementation of significant investment projects. However, on this path there are often obstacles of both legal and organizational-managerial nature, which do not allow to use the available innovative potential to the proper extent.
