ANALYSIS OF PATENT DOCUMENTATION USING THE FRUITS OF MOUNTAIN ASH

Abstract

The urgency and the feasibility of using vegetable raw materials in the development of different product categories an analysis was conducted, the synthesis and compilation of patent information on the use of fruits of mountain ash. Identified the main areas of application of the fruit of the Rowan - pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food industry and veterinary medicine. The category of homogeneous products with the use of fruits of mountain ash various - fees, teas and tea drinks, alcoholic products, obtaining kvass, biologically active substances, fruit pastry, presented with methods of production of marmalade and jelly candy type jelly beans or candy case. Summarizes information on the cities of the Russian Federation, in which the focus category of product development and use offruits of mountain ash. Analyzed the list of patent holders in the form of ownership organization, covering individuals, scientiic organizations, higher educational institutions and commercial organizations, as well as the percentage of joint research.
