YSTEM MANAGEMENT OF STRATEGIC EFFECTIVENESS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract

Proceeding from the peculiarities of functioning of industrial enterprises, the necessity of systematic management of the strategic eficiency of their sustainable development is substantiated, the decomposition of which allowed to determine the structural components of the strategic performance management system. Based on the analysis of existing scientific approaches to strategic performance management, a dynamic model is proposed that allows to implement a complex, continuous, cyclical control action to achieve qualitative and quantitative results within the framework of the concept of sustainable development, which is the scientific novelty of the results of this study.
