Pre-university training as a necessary element of the system of continuing education in the national guard troops

Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of the importance of pre-university military training in the system of continuing education of officers for the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. In the context of the study, pre-university training is considered as an activity aimed at preparing applicants for admission and successful training at a military university, motivating them to military service, developing the qualities necessary for a military specialist to perform service and combat tasks at a high professional level. The specifics, goals, tasks and ways of improving the pre-university training of applicants applying for admission and training in military universities of the department are impacted.
