Mesoecological model of business digitalization entrepreneurship environment in the Stavropol territory

Abstract

In this article, we propose the formalization of the mesoecological model of the business environment of entrepreneurship in the Stavropol Territory. Successful foreign experience in the implementation of the mesoecological model of the business environment in France is presented. The metadata of the mesoecological model of the business environment and the factors for assessing the development of this environment for the subsequent development of a strategy to support entrepreneurship by the government of the Stavropol Territory are described. The significance of the proposed conceptual model that allows to determine the best product groups of the assortment of the territory of their sale is presented, the significance and ratio of the interrelation of these factors, suitable for finding the best promotion practices and their creation, is described, and the algorithm for obtaining the final economic result for the region (in the form of an GRP indicator) is shown. The proposed model complies with international standards and recommendations for strategic planning. The model takes into account the solutions used in well-known and recommended world standards and methods for developing strategies.
