Digitalization as a trend in the modern development of the economy of the Donetsk People’s Republic

Abstract
The article analyzes the socio-economic development of the Donetsk People’s Republic based on the results of the first half of 2021. The key problems of socio-economic development of the Donetsk People’s Republic are grouped into four directions (political, socio-economic, financial, technological). The role of the digital economy as a new development paradigm is substantiated. A conceptual scheme of socio-economic development of the Donetsk People’s Republic has been developed taking into account the processes of digitalization.
