REGIONAL DIFFERENTIATION OF THE CONDITIONS AND QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE POPULATION OLDER THE WORKING-AGE
Abstract
The article reveals the specifics of the quality of life of the population older the working age in the subjects of the Russian Federation. Evaluation of the quality of life of the elderly population is carried out in a regional context, which allowed to reveal the differentiation and differences in the assessments of various aspects of the quality of life. Based on Rosstat data and sociological research, key features of the population older the working-age that determine their quality of life are identified: the vulnerability of retirees as an entire social group; transformation of consciousness, values and orientations of retirees in market conditions; maintenance of the significance and relevance of the life experience of retirees. It was determined that the quality of life of retirees also depends on their living conditions, nutrition and other indicators that characterize the standard of living of the population.
