ASSESSMENT OF THE RESULTS AND THE LEVEL OF STATE SUPPORT OF AGRICULTURE
Abstract
The state support of the agrarian sphere which is shown in the form of interaction of federal, regional and municipal authorities of the power with farms of various patterns of ownership is determined by opportunities of power structures to influence development of an agricultural. The state as a grant of these opportunities plays an important role in creation of economic and institutional conditions for stable increase in production and sale of food. Power instances can introduce restrictions and create prohibitions, programs and orders, to supplement or replace expenses and to exercise the mediated management for development of basic branches of agro-industrial complex. In article the condition of agricultural organizations is characterized and the results of their budget support allowing to estimate the level of agrarian protectionism in the conditions of institutional transformations in the Russian Federation
