INCONSISTENCY OF INTERESTS OF THE SUBJECTS OF THE ENERGY MARKET AS A FACTOR OF DESTABILIZATION

Abstract

It is shown that disagreement of the system of economic interests brings to appearance of great numbe of problems of development and functioning of subjects of market of electric power. Principal reasons over of conflict co-operation of managing subjects are shown. The necessity of the legislative fixing of principle of submission of individual and group interests to public, and necessity of long-term optimization ofprofits of the power companies, sent to minimization of electricity charges for industrial consumers and population, as basic sources of investments, is shown.
