BASIC METHODS OF ANALYSIS OF DIGITAL AND ANALOGUE MICROCIRCUITS IN THE RADIOELECTRONIC INDUSTRY

Abstract

In connection with the widespread development of semiconductor production, there is an urgent need to increase the productivity of processes. Since one of the main processes in the manufacture of any electronic devices is their testing, one of the main tasks is to reduce the time for this operation. Methods for fast monitoring of operability and troubleshooting in digital and analog circuits are considered. One of such methods is signature analysis, which allows quickly to determine the malfunction of the circuit during its design and development. The main principles of its operation, as well as the application in the radio electronic industry.
