THE PROBLEM OF FORMATION OF CULTURE OF INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS OF FOREIGN STUDENTS IN MODERN PEDAGOG

Abstract

The article presents the author S vision of the phenomenon of «social literacy of the population}}, substantiates the influence of social literacy on the adaptation of an individual to dynamically changing socio-economic conditions. The main components of social literacy are highlighted and characterized: information-analytical, legal, economic, psychological, social and professional. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning in the context of the formation of social literacy, the possibility of using modern information technologies are considered. The authors proposed a set of measures to create a distance learning system in the field of the formation of social literacy of the population on the basis of electronic educational platforms
