FREE TRADE PLATFORMS: INNOVATION IN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to compare the main characteristics of free trading platforms, as a type of innovation in the field of electronic commerce, to optimize the choice for the implementation of electronic business. Achieving the stated goal is associated with solving rather serious task, namely: to present a comparative analysis of free trading platforms to determine their key features, which will allow to identify a trading platform that is most demanded among modern free online services used in the implementation of sales transactions on the Internet. Such an analysis will make it possible to optimize the choice of the appropriate service. The study has shown that OpenCart can be considered the most functional trading platform, while WooCommerce is the most popular developer for creating an online store, as it simultaneously provides wide functionality, free use, a stylish design, which helps economic agents in business Internet activities
