FEATURES OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IN SINGLE PERSON COMPANIES

Abstract

In the article the economic essence of the company of the one person is analyzed. Historical formation and introduction of the given construction is investigated. The mechanism of corporate management in companies of the one person in comparison with usual corporations is defined. The analysis of financial and economic activity of randomly selected 12 companies of one person functioning in the food-processing industry on the basis of which the problems caused by participation of the companies of the first person are formulated, the ways of their decision are offered.
