Theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical determinants of emotional burnout in athletes

Abstract

This article discusses various opinions, theories, models and approaches to the problem of psychological and pedagogical variables of emotional burnout in modern athletes. The integrity of the problem statement is highlighted in the context of ideas and technologies of sports education, sports training and competitions in the structure of which not only improvement and demonstration of physical, tactical and technical abilities, but purposeful psychological training of athletes is carried out. This problem is very young and insufficiently studied, and in this regard, the high relevance of the work and interest in its research is confirmed. The methods of pedagogical research used, such as: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparison, concretization, allowed us to obtain a sufficient amount of information to correlate it with the logic of the study.
