The problem of forming readiness of teachers for activities in conditions of educational inclusion

Abstract
The article raises the problems of the formation and development of inclusive education in domestic practice. The author analyzes the advantages, risks and difficulties of implementing the ideas of inclusive education. The problems characteristic of the domestic practice of inclusive education are considered in detail, ways of minimizing them are determined through the competent organization of the activities of teachers to create an inclusive educational environment. A detailed description of the readiness of teachers to work in the context of inclusive education is given, its main structural components (semantic, knowledge, practical, personal) are distinguished. Psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of inclusive readiness of teachers are proposed.
