DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT IN THE BANKING SECTOR

Abstract
The research is devoted to the study of the features of financial management in credit institutions, trends and prospects for the development of digital technologies in the banking system. The purpose and objectives of financial management are formulated, the systems for ensuring managerial decision-making, the directions of transformations and changes in the banking sector under the influence of the digital transformation of the economy are analyzed. The necessity of digital transformation of management and the strengthening of its importance in the development of complexes of interaction of individual services providing cost reduction, expansion of the customer base is substantiated. The problems of financial management development and recommendations for their solution are formulated.
