Abstract
The shift in the focus of attention from the process of forming organizational culture to maximizing the level of its development is due to causal factors that affect the efficiency, competitiveness and success of modern organizations. A powerful motivator for the prosperity of successful companies is rightfully recognized as their culture. If you do not deal with issues of corporate culture in accordance with the requirements of modern economics and management, this will lead to a decrease in the image, weakening business attractiveness and loss of rating positions
